Vanilla berry MIX N MATCHA marvellousness. One of our FAVOURITE smoothies for the sweet-tooths but still with all the green goodness of matcha.
1/2 to 1 tsp MIX N MATCHA
1 cup coconut water
1-2 handfuls of berries
A few dollops of vanilla yoghurt (we like five:am)
tsp flax seeds
sprinkle of desiccated coconut
handful of ice cubes
Swap coconut water for almond milk or water.
For paleo, swap yoghurt for coyo.
For no yoghurt at all, swap for 1/2 banana and use vanilla essence for the vanilla flavour (or leave it out if you just want a berry smoothie.
We like to sprinkle coconut and berries on top.
Blend all ingredients together and serve chilled. So easy!
