MATCHA PROTEIN PANCAKES

Makes: 8 pancakes

INGREDIENTS: 

1 1/2 cups of uncle Toby’s oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

1-2 tsp spirulina

1 tsp Matcha Maiden

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp bi-carb soda

1 Banana chopped

1 cup almond or coconut milk

Coconut oil for greasing pan

 

METHOD:

Place all ingredients in NutriBullet and blend.

Fry batter with coconut oil. ENJOY!
