MATCHA COOKIES

RECIPE

Mix all of the following ingredients together in a bowl or in a food processor until combined:

1/4 heaping cup mashed bananas
2 tsp cashew butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp MIX N MATCHA
1/32 tsp stevia
1/32 tsp himalayan pink salt

In a separate bowl, mix the following ingredients until evenly distributed:

1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
3/8 cup gluten free quick cooking oats
1/8 cup pistachios (chopped)
3/4 tsp chia seed

Then combine both mixtures and stir until incorporated.
Shape into cookies and bake for 15-20 minutes on 180C.
