MATCHA AND SPINACH PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 cup soy milk ( or any milk of choice)

2 handfuls of spinach

2 tsp matcha

METHOD:

Blend spinach, matcha and soy milk in a blender, add it with the oats

Place on stove at high heat

Let simmer until liquid had reduced

Add a splash of milk at the end and stir

Top with your choice of topping (pictured is banana, cacao nibs, mixed berries, cinnamon and rice malt syrup)
