MATCHA ALMOND BANANA BREAD
1.5 c of raw grounded almonds (so it’s not as fine as almond meal for a bit of texture)
1/3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp Matcha Maiden
1 tub of 250g yoghurt
2 beaten eggs
Coconut oil to smoothen mixture to taste
Mix all the ingredients until smooth
Pour into a baking tray and top with desired toppings (Pictured is granola) and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Let cool (if you can wait) and serve with cocoa coconut almond butter.
