CHOCOLATE MATCHA PEANUT BUTTER BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

– medjool dates (about 10)
– Cacao powder (2 heaped tablespoons)
– Coconut meal (1/4 cup)
– Maple syrup (3 tablespoons)
– Coconut oil (3 tablespoons)
– Peanut butter ( one heaped tablespoon)
– Almonds (big handful – 1/4 cup)
– Chia seeds ( small sprinkle)
– Matcha (3 teaspoons)
Matcha Dipping
-3 teaspoons Mix n Matcha 
-3 teaspoons Coconut meal
METHOD:
Blitz all ingredients in blender, add more coconut oil if ingredients aren’t sticking together to form a kind of dough, add more coconut meal if too sticky.
Roll mixture into bite sized balls & add matcha dipping on top.
Mix ingredients together, and dip balls into before placing in fridge to harden.
